Deliver – the project
Having our own construction arm means that costs are transparent from the outset, controlled, structured for long term value and with no “hidden extras”.
And of course, it enables us to deliver timescales that might otherwise be impossible.
As part of our construction service, specialist project management comes as standard. Artisan Project Managers are available for consultation at any point, and coordinate all the building and construction resources at precisely the right times right through to completion and occupation.

Most of our activity is within the East of England and northern home-counties. The East of England is characterised by a largely rural landscape and coastal areas with many market towns including Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Huntingdon, and a few medium sized cities such as Peterborough, Norwich, Luton and Cambridge.

We consider sustainability in every design and we have worked to accredited BREEAM ‘excellent’ standards – open to inspection, validation, and offering a guarantee of quality to whichever level our clients specify.
We commonly set up JCT agreements between our construction arm and our development arm in order to deliver maximum transparency and clarity for clients.
Our buildings not only stand as clear testament to our work but we also have arrangements to access a number of them to show clients exactly the high quality of work that they can expect on an Artisan project.
We are always happy to offer an open-book on costs, ensuring no hidden surprises or misunderstandngs.
But developing complex buildings for specified requirements can throw up all sorts of problems, however we’ve seen them all many times over.
Even with the best-laid plans, we understand that challenges may present themselves during the life of a project.
Ranging from specialist help in solving planning permission issues, to considering different financial models for delivering a scheme, through to last-minute revisions on the final configuration of a building, we will have the experience and expertise to find the answer.
Our heritage from our 20 years of commercial and industrial development project completions across East Anglia means that we know the Local Authorities and know how to work with them for mutual advantage.
We have sophisticated financial modelling expertise and are creative at suggesting alternative financial structures to maximise return on investment.
And we are on-site, on-hand, if building design details need amending: we want our clients to have a long, profitable, and sustainable working life from the building we are proud to have helped to create.
