e. All confidential data held by Artisan (UK) Developments Ltd will be returned to the data supplier upon request and can be amended by the data supplier in question if it is inaccurate.

f. All confidential data supplied to Artisan (UK) Developments Ltd shall not be used for unsolicited e-mail marketing. An opt-in and opt-out clause will be specified with regard to data requests for the specific purposes of e-mail marketing activity.

g. Confidential data supplied to Artisan (UK) Developments Ltd may be used for future marketing activity in relation to future marketing of similar products.

h. All confidential data shall be held for an appropriate length of time and can be deleted at the request of the data supplier in question.

i. The above restrictions do not apply to any of the confidential data, which becomes available to Artisan (UK) Developments Ltd from any other legitimate source, for example by being in the public domain.
